This product is a super concentrated cleaning agent for paper making blankets containing special additives. Its superior cleaning performance can effectively remove clogging materials and complex mesh carpet dirt from paper making blankets. It can significantly extend the replacement cycle of formed mesh blankets, reduce downtime, and improve economic benefits.

Product Characteristics

1. Clean thoroughly, clean, and leave no residue.

2 With rich foam, it is conducive to improving the permeability of the blanket, reducing the hardening of the blanket, extending the service life of the blanket, and improving the paper quality.

3. It does not contain acids, ammonia, or free alkalis, and is safe and non corrosive to the surface of blankets and press rolls.

4. The selected surfactants are biodegradable and environmentally safe.

Method of using：

1. In machine cleaning: 

① Firstly, dilute ES-625 with a concentration of 1% -2% and warm water at 50-60 ℃.

② Stop the slurry supply, stop the water supply for 5 minutes, and then turn the paper machine to crawling speed to loosen the blanket.

③ Spray the prepared cleaning agent evenly on the entire blanket. To ensure that the blanket absorbs the cleaning agent evenly, the spraying time should not be less than the time it takes for the blanket to run for 3-5 cycles (approximately 10-15 minutes).

④ After cleaning, continue to run the blanket at crawling speed for 5-10 minutes and rinse with water until the blanket has no slippery feeling.

2. Off machine cleaning: Dilute ES-625 with 50-60 ℃ water at a concentration of 5%, then immerse the blanket in the pool for about 30 minutes. Use a brush to scrub the heavily soiled area. Rinse thoroughly with water after washing, and cool dry before putting it back into use.

Notes：

1. This product is alkaline and should not come into contact with the skin for a long time. If it splashes into the eyes, please rinse it with water in a timely manner.

2. Storing in cold areas and below freezing point may cause this product to freeze or thicken, but its performance remains unchanged.

3. During storage, if there are precipitates that do not affect product performance, please stir thoroughly before use.

4. The viscosity of the original solution of this product varies under different temperature conditions, and the viscosity decreases with the increase of temperature, but it has no effect on the product performance.
