This product is refined from a variety of efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly high-quality raw and auxiliary materials. It has various functions such as penetration, wetting, dispersion, suspension, anti redeposition, and anti-static. It can eliminate the large diffusion of metal ions on the blanket and reduce the hardness of water by forming a complex with calcium ions. It has the advantages of low dosage, low cost, and good effect, which is conducive to improving the filtration efficiency of the mesh fabric and the uniform distribution of paper moisture.

1. Chemical properties are stable and do not react with other chemical additives.

2. This product is neutral and will not cause changes in the papermaking system.

3. It does not contain acids, ammonia, or free alkalis, does not damage blankets, and does not corrode equipment.

4. It can penetrate into the interior of formed nets and blankets, removing residual dirt such as resin, wax, fine fibers, fillers, etc. from the nets and blankets.

5. The selected surfactants are biodegradable, safe and environmentally friendly.

Method of using：

1. Shutdown cleaning:
①Firstly, dilute ES-626 at a concentration of 3% -5% with warm water at 50-60 ℃.

② Stop the slurry supply, stop the water supply for 5 minutes, and then turn the paper machine to crawling speed to loosen the blanket.

③ Spray the cleaning agent evenly on the blanket, and the spraying time should not be less than the time it takes for the blanket to run for 3-5 cycles (approximately 10-15 minutes).

④ After the spraying is completed, the blanket continues to run at crawling speed for 5-10 minutes until there is no slippery feeling on the blanket.

2. Online cleaning: Depending on the situation of each paper machine, two different methods can be used: timed cleaning and continuous cleaning.

Notes：

1、If there is resin glue and heavy dirt on the surface of the blanket, steam can be introduced for better heating effect.

2、During cleaning, spray evenly, and increase the dosage appropriately for areas with severe dirt.

3、If accidentally splashed into the eyes, please rinse with clean water in a timely manner.
