This product is a low foam water-based cleaning agent, refined from a variety of efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly high-quality raw and auxiliary materials, with functions of penetration, emulsification, dispersion, and peeling. Specially developed for the production process cleaning of metal parts during mechanical processing, it has excellent cleaning effects on grease, oil stains, and mixed dirt.

Product Characteristics

Method of using：

1. Manual cleaning: Dilute ES-501 and soak it before manual brushing. After washing, rinse and then proceed to the next process according to the production process requirements.

2. Ultrasonic cleaning: Add ES-501 to the ultrasonic cleaning machine in the determined proportion, and after cleaning, proceed to the next process according to the production process requirements.

3. Spray cleaning: Add ES-501 to the spray cleaning machine in the determined proportion, and after cleaning, proceed to the next process according to the production process requirements.

4.If rust prevention is required in a short period of time after cleaning, it is recommended to use our company's ES-215 water-based rust inhibitor for better results. If medium to long-term rust prevention is required, it is recommended to use our company's ES series rust prevention oil.

Notes：

1、This product is alkaline and should not come into direct contact with the skin. If it splashes into the eyes, please rinse it with water in a timely manner.

2、Storing in cold areas and below freezing point may cause this product to freeze or thicken, but its performance remains unchanged.

3、During storage, if there are precipitates that do not affect product performance, please stir thoroughly before use.
