This product is a water-based product with functions of penetration, floatation, dispersion, and peeling. Specially developed for the production process cleaning of metal parts during mechanical processing, it has excellent cleaning effects on grease, oil stains, and mixed dirt.

Suitable for degreasing and cleaning of metal components made of carbon steel, alloy steel, cast steel, stainless steel, and other materials.

a) Economy: It is a concentrated product, used for low concentration dilution, with low average cleaning cost.

b) Efficiency: Good degreasing and oil removal effect, fast speed, and able to meet production process requirements.

c) Applicability: It can meet the requirements of manual cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning, and is an ideal matching product for cleaning machines.

d) Safety: It is safe and non corrosive to most metal materials, and the selected surfactants are biodegradable, making it environmentally safe.

Method of using：

a) Manual cleaning: Dilute ES-509 and brush the workpiece. After washing, rinse and then proceed to the next process according to the production process requirements.

b) Ultrasonic cleaning: Add ES-509 to the ultrasonic cleaning machine in the determined proportion, and after cleaning, proceed to the next process according to the production process requirements.

c) If rust prevention is required in a short period of time after cleaning, it is recommended to use our company's ES-215 water-based rust inhibitor for better results. If medium to long-term rust prevention is required, it is recommended to use our company's ES series rust prevention oil.

Notes：

a) Storage in cold areas and below freezing point may cause this product to freeze or thicken, but its performance remains unchanged.

b) During storage, if there are precipitates that do not affect product performance, please stir thoroughly before use.
