ES-382 is a water-based glass film remover, which is mainly used to remove the ink, coating and protective film on the glass. While removing the ink and coating, it does no harm to optical glass and is easy to rinse.

Method of using：

1. Soaking method: Heat the product to 60 ℃, soak the lens to be peeled off in the product until the film layer falls off, and then rinse with clean water. It should be noted that increasing the working fluid temperature appropriately may result in stronger detachment effect. The detachment time of different coating layers varies from 1 to 30 minutes; This product can be diluted 1-2 times for use, but the original solution has the best effect.

2. Ultrasonic cleaning: Place the product in an ultrasonic container, raise the temperature to 60 ℃, place the lens to be peeled off in the product, turn on the ultrasonic equipment until the film layer falls off, and then rinse with clean water.

Notes：

1. The best effect is to use the original solution of this product, and diluting it will prolong the detachment time;

2. This product cannot be mixed with other cleaning agents. It is recommended to conduct small sample experiments in advance to select the appropriate detachment temperature and time for glass detachment of different materials.

3. This product is highly alkaline and should not be directly in contact. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, please rinse with plenty of water.
