This product has the function of derusting strongly and inhibit corrosion efficiently, can quickly remove magnesium material, dirt and other oxides on the surface of the alloy, and other insoluble substances in the process of decomposition off.

1. Method Of Using

a). According to the condition of rust, it can be used in stock solution or diluted with water (generally 3-7 times of water). The lower the concentration, the worse the effect will be.

b). It can be soaked at room temperature, scrubbed or sprayed; soaking method is the best.

c). Rinse with a large amount of water after rust removal, neutralize with neutralizing agent, and then rinse with subsequent anti-rust treatment. The anti-rust protection can be carried out with THE ES anti-rust agent (oil) series or ES-212 produced by our company.

2. Notes

a). During storage, it should not be mixed with metal parts (Nor can it be stored in open place). If it is really needed to be placed in the same warehouse, and should be more than 2 meters away from the metal materials.

b). Rubber gloves shall be worn during long-term contact and use. If accidentally splashed on the body, immediately with a large amount of water can be washed.

c). After use the ES-114 shall be rewound back to the original packaging barrel for sealed storage.
