This product has functions such as strong rust removal and efficient corrosion inhibition. Mainly used for cleaning and descaling boilers and cooling water pipes, it has a good cleaning effect on scale formed at high temperatures.

1. Method Of Using

a). Select the appropriate dilution ratio according to the scale formation of the boiler and the required cleaning speed. Under normal circumstances, the initial concentration can be 1:7.

 According to the actual water capacity of the boiler, clean water was first injected into the boiler to make sure there was no leakage in the circulating system. Then ES-121 was gradually added into the circulating tank for circulating cleaning. PH value was measured with test paper every 20-30 minutes.

If the pH value exceeds 2, an appropriate amount of ES-121 shall be added to the system to make the pH value less than 1.

After about 6 ~ 8 hours, if the pH value does not change within 1 hour, it means that the reaction is over, alkali neutralization can be used to make the pH value of cleaning solution discharged in about 6 ~ 8, and the residual cleaning waste solution in the boiler is fully neutralized with a slightly alkaline solution, and then repeatedly washed to neutral with water.

b). Heat cleaning could be used if necessary, but the liquid temperature should be kept below 60℃.

2. Notes

a). Before cleaning with ES-121, if the system or equipment contains chemical water treatment agents or other chemicals, it shall be cleaned with water or other methods in advance.
