This product has the function of strong rust removal and inhibit corrosion efficiently, can dissolve scale, cement dirt, minerals, limestone and rust. It’s especially suitable for cleaning scale of cooling water system. It can permeate and dissolve carbonate and other sediments, and other insoluble substances will be decomposed and detached during the reaction.

a) Economic efficiency: it is a concentrated product, which can be diluted according to the actual working conditions, with low average cleaning cost.

b) High efficiency: rapid rust removal can quickly remove rust spots on the metal surface. It also penetrates to dissolve carbonate and other sediments (such as scale) and breaks down other insoluble substances during the reaction.

c) Environmentally friendly: there is no smoke phenomenon similar to concentrated hydrochloric acid and risk of use.

1. Method of using

a). Vacuum pump cycle descaling: appropriate dilution ratio shall be selected according to the degree of descaling and the desired cleaning speed. Clean water is first injected into the circulation system, then gradually add the ES-123 to the circulation cleaning. Use the test paper to measure the pH value every 15-30 minutes, If the pH value is exceeding than 1, add an appropriate amount of ES-123 to keep the pH value below 1. After a continuous cycle of about 4-6 hours, if the pH value does not change within 1 hour, indicating that the reaction is over, the cleaning waste solution can be neutralized and discharged. The residual cleaning liquid in the equipment was thoroughly cleaned with a slightly alkaline aqueous solution, and then washed repeatedly to rinse the residue in the system.

b). Vacuum pump water descaling: The solution was added into the vacuum pump according to the ratio of ES-123 to water of 1 ~ 3:10 , fill the container with mixed solution, make the reaction 4 ~ 6 hours, should be added if the pH value is greater than 1 ES - 123, the pH value is less than 1, if no change pH value in 1 hour, the end of the reaction, neutralize with baking soda and emission.

2. Notes

This product is acidic, please try to avoid contact with the skin when using, do not splash into the eyes, please take certain protective measures.

This product cannot be mixed with metal parts.

Be sure to neutralize and passivate the equipment after cleaning.
