Method of using：

1. Use mechanical methods to clean the floating rust and a large amount of oil stains on the steel surface to be treated. Use a brush to brush ES-214 onto the steel surface, dry for 24 hours, and then apply paint. The appropriate dilution ratio can be selected according to the rust prevention requirements, and the original solution is usually used. It is required to apply evenly and with appropriate thickness. Otherwise, there will be whit-e hanging phenomenon.

2. If bubbles are generated during the painting process, they should be repeatedly brushed empty at the location where they are generated to drive away the bubbles.

Notes：

1. The reason for the phenomenon of hanging white is that the rust is thick and a large amount of ES-214 needs to be applied. After applying ES-214 for a period of time, it has started to dry and form a film. However, the rust removal components in ES-214 are still reacting with too much rust and producing bubbles. Due to a small amount of small bubbles being unable to break through the coating and discharge in time, the small bubbles become white dry film, resulting in the phenomenon of hanging white.

2. Color of the film: If there is no rust on the steel surface, ES-214 reacts with the iron to form a gray film. If the rust is thick, it reacts with the iron to form a black film.

3. If ES-214 is coated too thin, it is easy to cause anti rust. If anti rust occurs, it is necessary to reapply ES-214 at the anti rust area.

4.This product is acidic, please try to avoid contact with the skin when using it. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, please rinse it with water in a timely manner.

5.If the storage time is too long, the color may change, but the performance will not change. Melting after freezing does not affect its effectiveness.
