This product is made of a variety of antirust agents, preservatives and other compound, can form a dense protective film on the metal surface, excellent antirust effect, easy to use. It is mainly used for short, medium and storage rust prevention of ferrous metal machining parts, castings, forgings, sintered parts and other parts in the process.

a).  It has excellent anti-rust effect and can meet the inter-process anti-rust requirements of ferrous metal materials and parts.

b) . The rust protection period, usually up to 3-15 days, varies with the environmental temperature, humidity and corrosive components.

c). In case of fatigue with a long service cycle, the stoste should be added appropriately.

d). Hot water or alkaline cleaning agent can be used for cleaning

Method Of Using

a). working liquid preparation: under normal temperature with deionized water to this product against the into 5-10% of the aqueous solution.

b). Inter-process anti-rust: the cleaned and rinsed black metal parts are immersed in the working liquid for 30 ~ 60 seconds at room temperature, and then taken out by running up and down for several times, dried by hot air and stored indoors, which can achieve 3-15 days of inter-process anti-rust.

c). Tank liquid maintenance: the natural consumption of the tank liquid in the process of use can be supplemented with new liquid in proportion. In order to ensure the anti-rust effect and service life of the working fluid, dirt should be avoided into the tank. If the rust resistance decreases obviously and the rust prevention effect is not ideal after the new liquid is added, the tank liquid should be replaced.

d). Place the anti-rust treatment workpiece in an appropriate place according to regulations, and implement subsequent procedures according to the production process requirements of the workpiece.

Notes

a). Do not contact the skin for a long time. If it splashes into the eyes, please rinse it with water in time.

b). During storage, if there is precipitation，it would not affect the performance of the product, please fully stir it before use.

c). The working liquid is prepared with deionized water, dipped in and coated with antirust liquid, and then dried by hot air, the antirust effect is the best.
