This product is a solvent based product containing special additives, mainly used for the cleaning of various electronic components, CNC equipment, and other precision instruments. It can quickly and safely remove dust, oil, iron filings, carbon powder, and other dirt on top, extend the service life of electrical equipment, and prevent equipment failures.

Product Characteristics

a) Economy: This product is solvent based and cannot be diluted, but can be reused.

b) Efficiency: It can quickly penetrate into the interior of fats and oil stains, dissolve and cause them to fall off, and dry quickly, with simple and convenient operation.

c) Safety: Non corrosive to metal materials such as steel, copper, aluminum, and titanium.

d) Environmental friendliness: It does not contain prohibited substances or ODS controlled substances and is an environmentally friendly cleaning agent product.

Method of using

a) Scrubbing and brushing methods: You can use a cloth dipped in this product to scrub or brush with a brush. After cleaning the workpiece, it can be blown dry or naturally air dried.

b) Spray washing method: A dedicated 161 # spray gun can be used, connected with compressed air of 0.4~0.6MP externally. After connecting the 161 # spray gun with compressed air, the first step is to check whether there is water in the air. The following methods are usually used to confirm: ① Observe whether there is fog when empty; ② Spray compressed air onto the dry cement floor and check for water marks; ③ Spray compressed air into the palm of your hand at a certain distance and feel for any moisture.

If it is confirmed that there is water in the compressed air, it will affect the cleaning effect and may even cause insulation degradation, and it cannot be cleaned with electricity.

Before using this product for cleaning, the dust and impurities attached to the surface of electrical equipment should be thoroughly blown away with compressed air. Then, the product should be sucked in with a 161 # spray gun straw for cleaning. After cleaning, it should be blown dry or naturally air dried.

c) Ultrasonic cleaning method: Light oil stains can be cleaned once in an ultrasonic cleaning tank and naturally air dried; For workpieces with heavy oil stains and high cleanliness requirements, they can be cleaned in the first ultrasonic tank and then rinsed in the second tank. After cleaning, they can be blown dry or naturally air dried.

Notes

a) Do not use near an open flame, store in a ventilated area below 40 ℃.

b) Please do not touch the skin for a long time or inhale a large amount of volatile gases. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, please rinse with water in a timely manner.

c) After using the aerosol tank product, if there is internal pressure in the empty tank, do not burn it in the fire.

d) Ultrasonic cleaning must use ultrasonic equipment with specialized solvent cleaning agents, and conventional (usually water-based cleaning agents) ultrasonic cleaning machines cannot be used.
