This product is a solvent based product containing special additives, mainly used for cleaning oil, iron filings, carbon powder and other pollutants that cause electrical equipment failures. It can extend the service life of electrical equipment and prevent equipment failures. This product has obtained a national invention patent certificate (patent number: ZL 2012 1 0554779.2).

a) Economy: This product is solvent-based and cannot be diluted, but can be used repeatedly.

b) High efficiency: it can quickly penetrate into the oil and grease, dissolve it quickly and make it fall off, dry it quickly and operate easily.

c) Safety: No corrosion to steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and other metal materials, good insulation performance, withstand voltage ≥ 25kV.

d) Environmental protection: it does not contain banned substances or controlled substances of ODS class. The active agent selected can be biodegradable and belongs to the environmental protection cleaning agent product.

1. Method Of Using

a). Scrubbing and scrubbing method: The product can be scrubbed with a rag or brushed with a bristle brush. After the workpiece is cleaned, it can be blow-dried or air-dried naturally.

b). Spray washing method: a special 161# spray gun can be used and connected with 0.4~0.6MP compressed air. After 161# spray gun is connected with compressed air, firstly check whether there is water in the air. The following methods are usually used to confirm: (1) Observe whether there is fog when empty; （2）Spray compressed air into the dry cement floor to check whether there are water marks;（3） Spray compressed air into the palm at a certain distance to feel whether there is moisture.

If it is confirmed that there is moisture in the compressed air, it will affect the cleaning effect, and may even cause the insulation to drop, and cannot be cleaned with electricity.

C）Immersion method: the components of the small motor or various mechanical parts to be cleaned are directly immersed in the container containing the solution of this product, and removed after a few minutes for blow-drying or natural air drying. Please apply grease to the parts to be lubricated.

2. Notes

a). Do not use in the vicinity of open fires. Store in a ventilated place below 40℃.

b). Do not contact the skin for a long time or inhale a large amount of volatile gas. In case of accidental splash into the eyes, please rinse immediately with water.

C）After the use of the air mist tank product, the empty tank has internal pressure, do not put it into the fire to burn.
