This product is made of a variety of high quality raw and auxiliary materials with high efficiency, safety and environmental protection, which can completely replace the traditional imported aircraft cabin cleaning agent.

This product is designed according to the requirements of CCAR-53, and passed the test according to Boeing D6-7127 P and SAE-AMs-1630C. It has been approved by CAAC aviation Chemical product Design/production Approval Letter (HH0047-001) and obtained the National patent Certificate (authorization Number: ZL200910305996.6).

It is mainly used for cleaning oil, coke, smoke, carbon powder and other dirt on the surface of various airframe. It is an excellent cleaning agent for the outer surface of aircraft. 

a) High efficiency: it can quickly penetrate oil, grease, carbon pollution and dust, emulsify, disperse, peel, save time and effort.

b) Safety: Thoroughly clean all exterior surfaces of the aircraft without causing any damage to the aircraft coating, plexiglass, etc. It also does not erode aluminum or cause hydrogen embrittlement, which is very safe.

c) Economy: This product is water-based and can be diluted with water for 7-30 times according to different degrees of dirt.

d) Environmental protection: it does not contain banned substances or controlled substances of ODS class. The active agent selected can be biodegradable and belongs to the environmental protection cleaning agent product.

1. Method of using

a). Scrubbing and scrubbing method: The product can be scrubbed with a rag or brushed with a bristle brush. After the workpiece is cleaned, rinse with water and then wipe the surface with a clean rag.

b). Spray washing method: The working liquid can be diluted 7-30 times with water according to specific conditions. It can be used at room temperature or heated to about 50℃ for better use. A special spray can or spray gun can be used to spray the surface of the aircraft. For stubborn stains, use this product to moisten at first, and then spray-wash, wash the stains with clean water after cleaning, and then wipe the surface with a clean rag.

2. Notes

a). This product is an alkaline cleaner. Please do not contact the skin for a long time. In case of accidental splash into the eyes, please flush with water in time.

b). Long-term storage in cold areas and below freezing point may make the product freeze or thicken, without affecting the performance of the product. Please stir thoroughly before use.

25kg or 200kg plastic drum packing. Sealed in a cool place, valid for two years.
