Suitable for hydraulic transmission media for hydraulic supports equipped with electro-hydraulic valves in coal mines, as well as for ordinary comprehensive mechanized coal mining hydraulic supports and individual pillars, as well as ordinary cutting equipment.

Method of using：

1.Preparation of working solution: Mix this product with water at room temperature into a 5% aqueous solution for future use.

2.Every quarter, the total hardness, pH value, sulfate ions, and chloride ions of the underground liquid preparation water should be tested. Attention should be paid to selecting stable water sources with low water hardness for liquid preparation. The total hardness of the water should not exceed 500ppm, the pH value should be between 6-9, the sulfate ion content should not exceed 480mg/L, and the chloride ion content should not exceed 200mg/L.

3.Strictly control the concentration of the mixing solution. Low concentration can cause rust on the inner wall of the hydraulic support cylinder body. The rusted cylinder body can also strain the sealing parts during the lifting of the support, causing the support to leak and cause waste. High concentration is easy to produce a lot of foam, and the consumption of concentrated solution increases, which increases the production cost.

4.Tank liquid maintenance: Due to the contamination of a large amount of coal and rock dust in the dilution liquid underground, and the cleaning of a large amount of impurities such as oil sludge and air oxidation during use, discoloration and turbidity may occur after a period of use. Therefore, the dilution liquid tank should be cleaned regularly, and all filter screens and filters should also be inspected regularly to maintain cleanliness, smoothness, and integrity. If a large amount of floating debris is found in the fuel tank during use, it is necessary to immediately replace it with a new fluid. To ensure the quality of diluent use, it is required to replace the concentrate with a new solution at least once a month and thoroughly clean the equipment during use. The cleaning cycle for the diluent tank is 15 days.

Notes：

1.This product needs to be used at temperatures above 5 ℃. In severe cold seasons, when lifting the support or pillar, the diluent in the cylinder body should be drained to prevent freezing and cracking of the cylinder body and other hydraulic components.

2.If there are any precipitates during storage, please mix thoroughly and evenly before use, without affecting the product performance.

3.The concentrated solution used for hydraulic supports should avoid contact with the skin during use. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, it should be immediately rinsed with a large amount of water.
