Method Of Using

1. Firstly, clean the grease and dirt on the surface of the metal parts.

2. Implement dip coating, brush coating, or spraying according to the process procedure determined by the experiment, ensuring that the contact time between the components and the solution is 1-5 minutes.

3. Implement natural cool drying, compressed air blow drying, or drying of rust resistant parts according to rust prevention requirements and process regulations.

4. Place the parts treated with rust prevention in an appropriate place according to regulations, and cover them with dustproof film or other packaging materials.

5.When the fatigue effect of the solution deteriorates, the original solution can be replenished. Drain or replace the solution once a month.

6.If the component has blind holes, the rust inhibitor in the blind hole should be blown clean to prevent the rust inhibitor in the blind hole from reacting with carbon dioxide in the air, thereby preventing the residual rust inhibitor in the blind hole from reducing its alkalinity and returning to rust.
