ES-711 is mainly composed of lubricants, rust inhibitors, stabilizers, and other components. It is widely used in various mechanical grinding processes of black metal materials such as carbon steel and alloy steel. It has functions such as lubrication, rust prevention, corrosion prevention, and cooling. This product has good lubricity and short-term rust prevention effect.

1. Lubrication: It can extend the service life of the cutting tool and improve the brightness of the machined parts.

2. Rust prevention: It has good rust prevention ability for both steel and cast iron parts, and can completely replace rust prevention between processes.

3 Economy: It can be diluted when used, has good biological stability, and a long usage cycle.

4. Safety: This product has no corrosion to machine tools, steel, iron parts, and skin, and meets environmental protection requirements.

Method of using：

1. Before using ES-711, it is recommended to thoroughly clean the existing metalworking fluid, chips, and dirt in the storage tank and equipment with tap water or appropriate clean water.

2. Preparation method: Dilute the product in a certain proportion with clean tap water and stir evenly.

3. Recommended concentration: Grinding: 4%~10%, and the concentration can be adjusted according to the material and processing requirements of the workpiece.

4. During use, the grinding fluid may become dirty due to continuous pollution. If there is too much floating oil and iron filings, it should be cleaned in a timely manner. If the grinding fluid turns black or produces a strange smell, it should be discharged and updated. Depending on the amount of grinding work, the grinding fluid needs to be discharged and updated every 8-12 months. The pH value and concentration of the tank fluid should be regularly monitored, and ES-711 stock solution should be supplemented appropriately to maintain the necessary concentration.

Notes：

1. If this product undergoes layering or thickening at colder temperatures, its performance will not change; But before use, the product needs to be heated to room temperature and stirred well before use.

2. If the prepared grinding fluid is left unused in the machine tool for a long time, the tank fluid should be regularly circulated and oxygenated.

3. Due to the high temperature in summer, the service life and rust prevention period of grinding fluid will be shorter than other seasons. Please be careful when using.

4. This product should be stored in a dry, cool, and ventilated warehouse. During storage and transportation, it should be avoided from sunlight and rain, and the storage temperature should be 0-40 ℃. Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 1 year.
