ES-795 is an extreme pressure cutting fluid formulated from refined mineral oil. This product does not corrode iron based materials, metal copper, and aluminum alloys. Its unique fatty substances give the metal processing oil excellent lubrication performance. It is mainly used for ordinary and difficult cutting, milling, and tapping of steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals, especially for automatic lathes, milling machines, and CNC centers.

Method of using：

a) Before the tapping oil is used, the original cutting fluid, chips and dirt in the liquid storage tank and equipment shall be thoroughly cleaned with proper solvent.

b) In use, cutting fluid will become dirty due to continuous pollution. If there are too many iron chips, they should be cleaned in time. According to the different cutting workload, ES-795 tapping oil should be supplemented to maintain the necessary demand.
