ES-705 water-based volatile stamping fluid is a water-soluble fully synthetic stamping fluid composed of water-based lubricating grease, rust inhibitor, and water-based volatile solvent. It can be used as a lubricant for plastic forming operations such as stamping, extrusion, and pipe pressing. This product adopts new technology and is compounded through scientific experiments. It is completely free of chlorine, sulfur, phenol and other components, has good hydrophilicity, and has good protective performance on the mold.

a) Rust prevention: It has good rust prevention ability for both steel and cast iron parts, and can completely replace rust prevention between processes.

b) Economy: It can be diluted for use, has good biological stability, and has a long usage cycle.

c) Safety: This product has no corrosion to machine tools, steel, iron parts, and skin, and meets environmental requirements.

Method of using：

a) Apply ES-705 water-based volatile stamping fluid to the surface of the workpiece to be stamped, extruded, and pressed by spraying or soaking. This product can quickly form a lubricating film on the surface of the workpiece, thereby providing lubrication during the stamping, extrusion, and pressing process.

b) In special cases, water can also be used for dilution, with a dilution ratio of 1:9. The diluted liquid does not have rapid evaporation performance.

Notes：

a) If this product undergoes layering or thickening at colder temperatures, its performance will not change; But before use, the product needs to be heated to room temperature and stirred well before use.

b) This product should be stored in a dry, cool, and ventilated warehouse. During storage and transportation, it should be avoided from sunlight and rain, and the storage temperature should be 0-40 ℃.
